  1. I buy my hibiscus leaves at a health food store because I’m afraid of brewing the wrong variety and getting sick. Also known as roselle, red sorrel and flor de Jamaica, Hibiscus sabdariffa L. is the hibiscus most commonly used for tea, and if you drink a lot of it you should probably check with your doctor to make sure it doesn’t react
    unfavorably with any meds you might be taking. It is a delicious red tea with a natural
    sweetness.

    So good to share a cup of it with you.
